Plushie FAQ

Q: Will you be making Libby/Andrea/Ollie/Geoff/etc. plushies?

• A: I don't have anything planned right now, but maybe someday? I highly recommend reaching out to a custom plushie artist (you can find them on Etsy, other marketplaces, and social media!) and commissioning them for your own unique plush friends!

Q: What are pre-orders?

• A: Pre-orders are items you buy now, and receive later! They haven't been made yet, and your order is actually what helps them become a reality! I will keep you updated as they make their way to you.

Q: Do you ship to the UK (or outside the US)?

• A: Yes I do! If you're outside of the US and Puerto Rico, please order through my Etsy!

Q: How long will the plushies take to arrive?

• A: Production time is 30 to 40 days, shipping to me takes about 30 days, and then after hand-inspecting and processing the plushies, I will ship them out to you! Expect 2 to 3 months total time. Domestic (US) shipping can take up to a week, international shipping may take up to 4 weeks.

Q: What happens if my plushie is lost/damaged in the mail?

• A: I do my best to send replacements in case something happens while they're on their way! Please reach out through the shop you ordered from (either big cartel or etsy) and I'll help you ASAP!

• Note: In rare cases, some orders may be held up by customs. I don't have control over that unfortunately. Please be patient, they'll be on their way to you eventually!

Q: How big are the plushies?

• A: Molly is 11.8 inches (30 cm) tall, and Scratch is about 9.85in (25 cm) tall

Q: Can you reserve a plushie for me?

• A: Sorry, no! I cannot hold plushies for you. If you want to guarantee a plush, please pre-order!

Q: How soft/huggable/durable are the plushies?

• A: The plushies are stuffed to be pretty firm, but the material is a soft Minky and there is a slight squish to them. These plushies aren't meant for rough playtime and could be damaged if you play rough with them. They prefer gentle hugs!

Q: Are they safe for little kids?

• A: Scratch has been tested as certified safe for Ages 0+ via a CPSC-Accepted Laboratory. Molly is still in production and waiting for full testing, she is expected to be safe for a similar age range. Please follow standard safety precautions, for example do not leave plushies in cribs with infants or let them play unsupervised.

Q: Are they machine washable?

• A: No, surface wash and air dry only.

Q: Why are pre-orders limited?

• A: Hopefully this won't be an issue and everyone will have a chance to get a plushie, but just in case! I don't have a lot of space to keep a dozen or so giant boxes stuffed full of plushies, and I also deal with chronic pain and simply can't handle sorting and packing so many by myself. Thank you for understanding! :)

Q: Will you restock the Wraith Molly plushies?

• A: There wasn't a lot of interest in a restock the last time I asked, so I'm not planning a one right now. However, please keep letting me know you want one! Expressing interest makes a restock more likely!

Q: What happens if I miss the pre-orders?

• A: I will sell leftovers plushies after the preorders have arrived at their new homes! I always order extra items just in case some are lost in the mail, are damaged, or are flawed in some other way.

Q: Do (or will) you sell Seconds/B Grade plushies?

• A: The last time there weren't many b-grades and with any luck, there won't be many this time time either. I will make an announcement if I ever do decide to sell them.

Q: Will the plushies come with freebies this time?

• A: Yes! Each plushie pre-order comes with a glow in the dark sticker and an acrylic charm keychain + a thank you card! (see image above this section for a preview)
